Here's a breakdown of the sleeping arrangements:
Room 1: This spacious bedroom features a cozy King Bed, perfect for 2 guests. In addition, you do have a closet to hang your clothes! You'll also have the convenience of an en suite bathroom, complete with your choice of a shower or a relaxing jacuzzi tub.
Room 2: Enjoy a good night's rest in the second bedroom, which features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for 2 guests.
Room 3: The third bedroom is a haven for the kids or a group of friends. It includes 1 twin bunk bed and 1 twin over full bunk bed, accommodating up to 5 guests.

The Lakewood Cabin is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, wooden countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table or take it to the back patio equipped with a charcoal grill for some barbecue.
After a long day of kayaking or playing some pickle-ball at the Ranch, make your way to the living area to enjoy a few games or maybe opt for a movie night with the family. This comfy space includes a flatscreen TV with streaming access.

Please keep in mind that the Ranch is situated in a very rural, natural setting along with all our outdoor activities. Those deer, ducks, and other animals that you see outside your door also share the same space as ticks, chiggers, wasps, spiders, briars, and uneven terrain. You get the picture, we are in the woods, it’s part of the experience! Please understand that you are responsible for yourselves and your family. Also, We have internet but please expect it to not work like you are in the city. We highly suggest that you enjoy all the outdoor activities!
No Parties or Events Allowed Unless Approved by Management *all unauthorized parties will be asked to leave immediately with no refund
No Smoking Inside Property
Must be 25 years old to rent
Pets Allowed - Dogs ONLY *under 20 lbs - Mandatory Pet Fee $125 per stay - Max 1 pet
No Unregistered Guests Allowed ~ Must Have Approval from Management to Have Any Extra Guests on the Property at Any Time
